As a vocalist, Ariel has sung professionally for more than a decade, performing at many notable venues including The Rex, Hugh’s Room The ROM, The Shangri La Hotel (Toronto) and Pagliacci’s (Victoria), to name a few. In 2013 Ariel was one of six Canadians nominated for the Slaight Family Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship to the Berklee College of Music. In 2017, her quintet was the recipient of the TD Niagara Jazz for the Ages prize. Ariel continues to be inspired by a variety of genres of music and her trio or quartet can be booked for weddings and corporate events.
